Whatever the basis of valuation our approach is generally the same:
- Site visit to prepare a detailed inventory of the main plant and machinery assets showing various fields including model, description, serial number, asset number, etc., where available. Individual figures are shown against major items of plant, with grouped values for smaller items, furnishings and sundries.
- Research into new machinery prices and contact with machinery manufacturers/agents is undertaken where possible. Information utilised from clients' asset registers. New replacement pricing (Reinstatement Cost Assessment).
- Report produced.
